Terms of use

Amoura is designed to animate AI-generated reference images into short videos, for adults only. You must be 18 or older. Upload only images you own or are entitled to use. For every identifiable real person, you must have their permission for the proposed AI transformation; this includes their likeness and any sensitive or suggestive context. Ownership of a file alone does not establish consent.

Do not create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonations, harassment, illegal material or violations of privacy or intellectual property. Do not upload confidential information you are not authorized to share. The generation provider's content rules also apply. Generation is moderated; a prompt may be refused.

You remain responsible for your inputs, the requested transformation and any sharing of the result. Using the tool for a different purpose does not authorize illegal or abusive conduct. The operator does not endorse such misuse; responsibility is assessed under applicable law, and no blanket exemption from liability is claimed. You retain any rights you hold in your input. You authorize processing of the input solely to provide generation and your private library. AI output may be inaccurate or resemble existing work; no exclusive rights or identical results are guaranteed. You must review output before sharing it and disclose its synthetic nature where required.

Your rights declaration is recorded with its version, timestamp and a hash of the supplied reference URLs. It is a declaration by you, not verification of another person's consent. It does not remove the operator's obligations or override your statutory rights.

Piments, single videos & weekly plans

Prices are displayed in USD before payment. 100 piments equal $1 of video value. Buy a fixed pack or choose $1–$500, or pay the displayed price for one video without purchasing a pack. Piments are not cash, cannot be transferred and are used only inside the studio. No expiry is applied to the wallet.

Medium 480p videos cost 519, 649 or 1,559 piments for 5, 10 or 30 seconds. High 720p costs 649, 1,169 or 3,249. Ultra High 1080p costs 1,559, 3,119 or 9,229. A render paid with piments deducts its cost once. Confirmed provider failures restore piments; single-video confirmed failures trigger a Stripe refund. A submission with an uncertain outcome is held for review to avoid submitting or charging twice.

Welcome offer: a signed-in account that has never bought anything on Amoura (no video paid by card or with piments, no piment top-up, no weekly plan) can buy its first video in Medium 480p, 5 seconds, for $0.99 by card. One per account; not available for guest checkout, other qualities or durations, piments, packs or plans. Later videos are charged at the prices above. If that welcome video fails and is refunded, the offer becomes available again. The offer may end at any time; a checkout already opened keeps its price.

Starter: $9.99 per week / 1,249 piments. Creator: $19.99 / 3,249. Studio: $39.99 / 4,999. This is approximately 20% below equivalent one-time piment purchases, rounded to whole piments. Subscriptions renew weekly until cancelled through My studio → Piments → Manage / cancel subscription. Unused piments carry over.

Stripe handles payment information. The studio does not receive your full card number. Apple Pay and other methods are offered only when available for your device, browser and checkout. A checkout being opened is not payment confirmation.

Generation time varies. You can return to My studio to resume status checks; there is no guaranteed completion time. Purchases are paused when generation is unavailable. No successful output is promised for a rejected or unsupported request.

Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal, conformity guarantees and remedies, are not waived by these terms or by the photo-rights checkbox. Requesting deletion is not a withdrawal request.

Privacy & processing

Signing in through Google or verified email/password uses Lovable's authentication service backed by Supabase. The studio receives a verified account ID and email, not your Google password. An HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. An authentication-flow cookie expires after five minutes.

We process account identifiers and email to authenticate and associate your wallet, references and videos with you; images and prompts to fulfill your generation request; Stripe payment references to reconcile purchases and subscriptions; and limited authorization/security records to prevent replay and document requests. Account and generation processing are necessary for the requested service. Billing obligations and proportionate security interests may require retention of limited records.

The studio is hosted through ChatGPT Sites with private database and object storage. Reference images sent for generation and generated outputs are processed by Segmind. Stripe handles checkout and billing; Lovable/Supabase handle authentication. These providers may process data outside your country. Their contractual safeguards, locations and retention terms must be checked for your jurisdiction; this page does not promise that all processing stays in the EU.

Your library is private to your account. The operator can access account activity and stored media for service administration and support. We do not publish your private uploads in the example gallery. The Keep my new photos and video option controls new library saves and browser drafts. Turning it off clears this browser draft but does not delete files already in your account. Guest orders never archive files to a library. Temporary result access expires 24 hours after completion; expired order media links are cleared during subsequent order requests. Prompts and reference URLs for these completed temporary orders are cleared on completion. Payment and consent records remain. This choice does not control the generation provider’s own retention. Your 18+ confirmation is kept for 30 days in sf_age, a strictly necessary first-party cookie that only records that you confirmed and holds no identifier; deleting this site’s cookies clears it. No advertising tracking is added by this studio.

Earlier anonymous opening counts and country estimates are retained separately as legacy aggregates; collection through that counter has stopped. They cannot establish unique visitors or acquisition sources. Account purchases, uploads and renders remain necessary operational records.

Optional audience measurement

Only if you accept optional measurement, this studio uses first-party HttpOnly random browser and session IDs to measure acquisition categories and steps from creation and upload to checkout, confirmed payment, generation and download requests. Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. IDs and events expire within 30 days of consent; a new choice is then required. We do not collect prompts, photos, filenames, email, account identities, full URLs, search terms, raw IPs, device fingerprints or sexual-interest profiles in this measurement. Campaigns use anonymous numeric codes only. There are no advertising pixels or third-party analytics services.

With the same consent, a session also records the country estimated by our host from the connection (the IP address itself is not stored) and the time zone set on your device, such as Europe/Paris. No city or precise location is recorded. Both follow the same 30-day expiry and withdrawal, and are used only in owner-only reports on where visitors come from and when they order.

With the same consent, measurement also records the device type (mobile, tablet or computer, from screen size and touch only) and which site buttons and links are used, as fixed labels or page addresses. It never records what you type, choose as a file or upload, nor any device model or fingerprint. These details follow the same 30-day expiry and withdrawal. Owner-only reports may keep anonymous daily totals (counts with no identifier) after this expiry.

Accept and reject are equally available. Use (also linked in the footer of the studio) at any time to withdraw: we stop measurement and delete the measurement associated with this browser ID. This does not delete necessary billing or generation records. Expired measurement is excluded immediately and physically purged on the next measurement write or private report. Clearing cookies prevents us from finding a former random ID; its existing records still expire. Reports are owner-only and measure consenting browsers, not all visitors or unique people. Test browsers are excluded.

You may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection or erasure as applicable, and complain to a competent authority such as the CNIL. Data-management controls are available in My studio → Settings.

Deletion & retention

Delete all my media removes the studio's uploaded images, saved videos and prompts and clears the draft in the current browser. It keeps your account and piments. Current renders must be resolved first. Unpaid checkouts are cancelled. Download anything you want to retain before confirming; deletion cannot be undone.

Delete my account removes your studio profile, private media and authentication account and cancels an active subscription. All previous studio sessions are revoked. Unused piments are removed; statutory refund rights remain unaffected. There is an additional sign-in verification and explicit permanent-deletion confirmation.
